The Wanted’s Siva Kaneswaran knows ‘Sweet Home Chicago’
Sometimes there’s just no place like home.
When The Wanted’s Siva Kaneswaran hits Chicago Saturday, he’ll get a dose of the homefront from bandmate Jay McGuiness.
“Jay has a lot of family in Chicago, a big Irish family, and they take us out to local places,” Kaneswaran said while on a tour stop in Detroit. “It’s our home away from home. We meet up with his family, meet his crazy aunties. It’s a great way to think about Chicago, isn’t it?”
It’s the last time the singer heads to the Windy City as part of the fivesome. The band announced in January they were taking a break to pursue personal endeavors.
